One person was hit by rock fragments and needed stitches, said Adrienne Freeman, Yosemite Park spokeswoman. The other two were injured while fleeing from the rock slide: one suffered scratches and lacerations and the other had an asthma attack.
The two rock falls destroyed eight cabins -- six tent cabins and two hard-sided cabins -- and about four more cabins were damaged.
There are about 500 cabins in the Curry Village area and 409 of them were evacuated over the two days, Freeman said. Some of the cabins evacuated Tuesday were damaged or destroyed by the slide on Wednesday, Freeman said.
In all, 1,000 people were evacuated from the area
