Singular for asthma
So thats the current status.
Q: Why did Eli Lily take this step? Have they communicated that to you and you understanding of why it was suspended?
A: We have seen some recent clinical findings on account of which we have decided to put a hold on programme and we are still reviving all the data jointly and we will come with further clarification once we get more news. So as of now 6211 could still progress forward or we would move one of the backup compound.
Q: What was the potential payment you were looking at Glenmark for this deal?
A: Doesnt affect our guidance in anyway for the current year and it doesnt affect our guidance next year. So these two years we had virtually no guidance as far as 6211 goes in terms of our guidance no numbers in there and subsequent to that depending on if we are able to move a backup which we should or continue to progress 6211; we still have rights to the backups and irrespective of who develops it whether its Glenmark or Eli Lily
Q: Do you expect any such adverse development or the potential of such and adverse development with your other big molecule under development Oglemilast?
A: Oglemilast continues to do well for us. The Phase 2B is currently ongoing in both asthma ) as well as COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder in the US and multiple locations. Milogliptan also be running the Phase 2B and continuous to do well and we should have a licensing partner there in the next six-nine months and then the rest of our pipeline GRC 10693, GBR 500, GRC 4039; we have a bunch of other clinical candidates currently which are very promising where we are working on or trying to close further out licensing deals on these molecules.
Q: One clarification: I believe the USD 45 million came all the way back in Q3 FY08
She became interested in providing toys and blankets after spending time in the hospital. We tried to instill empathy in our kids, said Hope Schreiner, Skylar's mother.Skylar is like any other 8-year-old. Sometimes she doesn't listen to her parents or does something she shouldn't, her mother said. But, unlike most other children, she's also spent time in hospitals because of asthma.Through bake sales, Skylar raised money to buy new toys for the pediatric unit. Now, she's giving blankets, with fabric purchased from money donated from the St. Alexius Foundation. It's important to give back, Schreiner said
